In light of the current situation in the Gulf of Mexico, we realize that many of you are concerned about our Cancellation Policy. We want to reassure you that if you have an existing reservation or book now, and it appears imminent that our beautiful beaches will be closed during your stay because of the Oil Spill in the Gulf, we will allow you to cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date and issue refunds of all fees and taxes, less a nominal processing fee $74.75. Should the beaches be closed during your stay and you decide to checkout, we will refund any unused nights. This exception applies only to Oil Spill- related cancellations. This is an unfortunate situation that is affecting us all, but we realize the primary reason most of you planned your beach vacation at Destin Pointe is to enjoy the sugar white sand and the emerald green water, and our goal is to be fair and have you return to our beautiful property and beaches for years to come.
